0021 I tried to provide plenty of inline comments and explanations; it should be sufficient if you want to play with the parameters yourself.

0023 While the code can use plenty more tuning, its advantage is that the components are physics-motivated. It generates the minimum ionizing, hadronic and electromagnetic part of a "generic" hadron in 3 dimensions, and deposits them into the "towers" of an (arbitrary) rectangular detector. This can (and will) then serve as a starting point for a clustering algorithm.

0025 For the moment I stopped tuning the parameters; once better calibrated data from identified hadrons are available - both total energy deposit AND individual showers to tune the shape! - I'll continue.
