CreateFileLists.pl <runnumber> <daqhost>
then run the Fun4All_Prdf_Combiner.C macro
root.exe -q -b Fun4All_Prdf_Combiner.C
The output manager is commented out so it does not overflow your current workdir by accident. It will save files in 100k event chunks
